On January 31, Mr Coleman visited Oatley West Public School with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to speak with staff and students at the start of the 2018 school year.
Mr Coleman and the Prime Minister talked with students who were developing coding for small-scale robotics, as well as visiting a class of Year One mathematics students.
"It was great to visit classes with the Prime Minister today and see what the students of Oatley West are learning this year," Mr Coleman said.
The Prime Minister also read Enid Blyton's Fantastic Five to a small group of students and spent some time answering questions from the school's student leadership team.
"The students from Oatley West were proud to show off what they have learned in their classes. Thank you to school principal Paul Nash and the Oatley West Public School community for hosting us today," Mr Coleman said.
