Federal Member for Banks, David Coleman MP, has launched the Banks Apprentice/Trainee of the Year Awards, stating that the apprentices and trainees of today will help form the backbone of our future small businesses and local economy.
“We should be all doing what we can to encourage and value excellence in all facets of our community, including apprentices and trainees,” Mr Coleman said.
“I am proud to announce the opening of the nominations for the 2014 Banks Apprentice/Trainee of the Year Awards as a way of recognising, reward and encouraging careers in local trades and small businesses”.
Nomination forms can be found here. Nominations are now open and close on Friday 14 November.
