Canterbury-Bankstown Council has proposed a new Development Plan that will add at least 25,000 residents to our area by making radical changes to the existing zoning rules. The suburbs affected include Padstow, Revesby, Panania, and East Hills.
I am strongly opposed to Council’s Development Plan because an increase in population of that scale is completely wrong for our community and would change the character of our area forever.
